The Christ-the-King Motel provides great rates and a Christian atmosphere

ski area. On U.S. 19 on the eastern edge of Beckley, we're less than a
half mile from Interstate 64 and convenient to all of the area's great
attractions, including Tamarack, the Beckley Exhibition Coal Mine, and the
outdoor drama "Hatfields & McCoys" at Grandview.
Our 91-unit complex includes a heated pool (in summer) and a meeting room
for groups of up to 75. And we're within a five-minute drive of a variety
of great restaurants and shopping areas.
Rates
Double -- $45 nightly (rates include taxes)
King -- $50 nightly (rates include taxes)
Senior and military discounts are available, and all major credit cards
are accepted.

Our clean, spacious rooms include unlimited local calling, expanded basic
cable, heated-pool privileges (in summer), and refrigerator and microwave
ovens (by request). A broad selection of restaurants are within five
minutes of our doors. A 75-person meeting room is available near the
office and pool complex.
Directions
From Interstate 64, take East Beckley Exit (exit 124) to US Route 19
South. Follow south .5 miles to the junction with WV Route 3. The motel
complex sits on the right before the junction. The pool, motel office, and
meeting room are located at the lower end of the complex along Route 3.
Directions from nearby tourist attractions
From the New River Gorge Whitewater Rafting Area (approximately 30 miles):
Follow U.S. 19 south to Interstate 77/64, follow I-64 east to East Beckley
Exit (exit 124). From exit, follow US Route 19 south .5 miles to its
junction with WV Route 3. The motel complex sits on the right before the
junction.
From the Winterplace Ski Area (approximately 20 miles): Follow U.S.
Route 19 north to its junction with WV Route 3. The motel complex sits on the
left at the junction.
From Tamarack (approximately 10 miles): Follow I-64 east to East Beckley
Exit (exit 124). From exit, follow US Route 19 south .5 miles to its
junction with WV Route 3. The motel complex sits on the right before the
junction.
Local Attractions
We're also within 15 minutes of many of the area's
most-popular attractions, including Grandview, Tamarack, the Beckley
Exhibition Coal Mine, Little Beaver State Park, and the Cliffside
Amphitheatre, home of the outdoor drama "Hatfields &
McCoys."
