Specializing in pontoon-boat rentals, West Virginia Watersports offers the lowest rental rates on Summersville Lake while affording guests the highest quality of product and service. We're also located just off the U.S. 19 expressway less than a mile from the lake's Salmon Run Boat Launch, the most convenient launch to the expressway and usually the least congested. We're open mid-May through mid-September.
Scuba Diving at Summersville Lake -- Summersville Lake is ranked among the cleanest and clearest freshwater lakes east of the Mississippi River. Its clarity and the rocky terrain beneath its surface have made Summersville one of the most popular scuba-diving lakes in the world. Submerged cliffs and boulders and swim-throughs await adventurers.
Rock Climbing at Summersville Lake -- Rock climbers are particularly fond of employing pontoon boats for their exploration of the miles of cliffline that tower along the lake's eastern shores. Pontoon boats offer the space, stability, and sun-protection climbers need to enjoy the cliffs to their fullest. Our facility near Salmon Run Launch is also the most convenient to the climbing areas.
Daily Rate (9 a.m.-6 p.m.): $170 per craft plus $100 deposit
Restrictions: Signatory renter must be 21 years old or older. At least one member of the rental party must be able to back a boat and trailer. If reserved without deposit, craft must be picked up by 9 a.m. The deposit will not be refunded if the boat, trailer, or equipment are missing or damaged.

From Summersville, follow U.S. 19 south one mile, turn right at the Summersville Lake exit then right again onto Salmon Run Road. We're located at the end of the road.
